I am in network with BCBS PPO and Blue Choice plans. Benefits verification is completed prior to our initial intake session.
If I am not in-network with your insurance plan, you may still have access to out-of-network benefits, which means that your insurance plan will reimburse you for a portion of our session costs. I have partnered with Thrizer to handle the out-of-network benefits process automatically for you. During our phone consultation, I can help you verify if you have out-of-network benefits and how much your co-insurance might be.
If you are out of network, and prefer to handle the reimbursement process on your own, I offer statements that you can submit to your insurance company each month.

It’s simple and convenient! Following your phone consultation I’ll send you paperwork to complete through my secure online system. You’ll also receive a link by email to join our virtual sessions via a fully-secre, HIPAA compliant video platform.
I recommend finding a quiet, private location where you’ll be comfortable for the duration of our session. If you share space with others, you may prefer to wear headphones or place a white noise machine near the door to ensure your privacy. -
The first couple of sessions are all about getting to know each other. In our first session I’ll ask you lots of questions about what life is like for you now, your history, relationships, and goals for therapy. We’ll also begin to collaborate on a plan for how we’ll move forward in the therapeutic process.
